John Erwin, Baltimore, Maryland

An eight inch ladle by John Erwin, Baltimore, date marks for 1815.

All of the marks are identical to those shown for Erwin in Pleasant & Sill "Maryland Silversmiths" page 119.

Very minor wear, otherwise fine. I love these Baltimore pieces with the date marks.
