A large 13 inch sterling silver ladle by Wood & Hughes.

This piece is in the "Undine" pattern, circa 1850, making it one of the earliest pieces of pattern silver by that maker that I have offered. A rare lovely pattern for this early ladle. Superb condition and lightly monogrammed "M.R.S." in very small script (see photo). Quite heavy.
