A coin silver beaker by Talbott, Bailey & Co., Indianapolis, Indiana, and being an Agricultural Fair Award for Vigo County.
The above partnership of Talbott & Bailey lasted for a short time in the early 1850s. All silver made by Bailey or as a partner of Talbott is quite scarce and desirable. This award cup is the first I have seen for Vigo County and is dated 1852. About 3 1/2 inches tall and in excellent condition.
