F. Clark & Co., Augusta Georgia.

This partnership lasted likely less than a year in 1822, making this the scarcest of the Clark silver marks, and this pair of forks are far more elusive than spoons. 6 5/8 inches long, some modest tine wear, but otherwise excellent. One fork has weaker but readable marks. Both marks are photographed. Very early Augusta silver.
