A 14K gold case pocket watch, made by Elgin Watch Co., circa 1890-1900. Large 16 size with a 15 jewel movement known as "Model #3". The watch is housed in a heavy gold "hunting case" with a scalloped border and box lock. In excellent running order, with a beautifully engraved case with no sign of wear, measuring about two inches across not counting stem and bow. Lots of gold in this nice big man's watch.
