An interesting cast iron fish bowl holder, circa 1900, with "Froggy went a-courtin'" motif. A nice, heaby piece, good old surface is black with traces of pink paint.

I suspect this held a glass fish bowl which were popular at that time. I have not seen another similar to this one. b Seven inches wide and nearly eight inches tall. Heavy, I would guess seven or eight pounds.
